As a part of Langara’s Sexual Violence Support and Education Program the Office Student Conduct, Accountability and Support is offering a series of workshops designed to provide students with a thorough understanding of themes related to sexual violence and its prevention. Students will learn to proactively address and prevent incidents of sexualized violence according to Langara's policies.

All students will be enetred into a draw to win $150 for their attendance.
How to Respond to a Disclosure of Sexual Violence: 60 mins.
Using a trauma-informed approach and the ‘Listen, Respect, Refer’ model, students will learn how to offer support to a survivor that has experienced sexual violence. Participants will also learn about the barriers to disclosing.
